I also want to jump on board and rave about Alex Perez. He’s every bit he’s cracked up to be. Very personable. Very easy to work with. What got me the most was his continued responsiveness and helpfulness to me AFTER he’d already sold us our new to us Nissan Armada, as I continued to bombard and pester him with questions. I would definitely return to him for car buying needs.
I attempted to cancel my warranty (which the finance manager said was well within my right). The only way to cancel was through them. May 20th I submitted my mileage and the request to the finance manager. Over two months later and I have found it had not been submitted, nor has my lender received it and additionally the warranty company is unaware of any request. What happened? I’ve yet to find out. They gave me a good deal on the car, but added the warranty which seems to be useless in my opinion. The warranty was nearly a third the price of the car. I’d give them a good review if they didn’t give me the run around with this junk warranty, but it’s been over two months and they said it’d only take a month for the refund. I’m eager to refinance, but this is holding me up. Side note they do have excellent salespeople like Tito and Spiro. (Post note update they have finally reimbursed me of the money for the warranty. I am appreciative although it took a while)

I can't say enough about Tito! He was absolutely adorable! Super friendly and helpful. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't feel pressured at all through the entire experience and that is a huge bonus for me. I will definitely return when I drive the wheels off my Renegade! Amanda in finance was awesome as well. Alex was the Best salesman. He was easy to talk to and super down to earth. His customer service was top Tier! Jim in finance was amazing as well. I came in with some issues and they helped me get into the car I wanted.
